All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
So much charm in one place. You will not want to leave. Very quiet and cozy. Just minutes away from GA-400. You’re more than welcome to use the living room, fire place, balcony, Perfect spot for lifestyle pics! Very clean space. Cozy house located in the historical West End, great location, minutes away from the airport, perfect for small events, baby shower, bridal showers, corporate meetings, study groups, privet business events, small cooking events. Nice living room with half bathroom, with a space for more guests on the couch; smart 55" TV, full internet and WiFi, Netflix, hulu and HBO. Fully equipped kitchen.

General Rules
*Common spaces are monitored, if you want to do any activity you don't want me to see DON'T BOOK :)*
- Keep loud music to a minimum before noon and after 10 p.m. Even during that time please be aware that there are people living below, besides, and above you so please be respectful at ALL times.
- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- Please do not rearrange any of the furniture. Contact me if you need to move any furniture BEFORE moving.
- Please do not put holes in the wall or take down any existing hanging wall items
- Please do not go through closet, drawers, or cabinets in living room, bedroom, or bathroom unless instructed by host.
- If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- If guests are suspected of using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Please do not touch food in the refrigerator or freezer that you have not been instructed to touch/eat
- Dispose of any food items at the end of your rental.
- The cleaning fee includes moping, dusting, and bathroom sanitation. Anything outside of that would incur an additional fee. (i.e. excessive garbage, excess glitter on the floor, furniture, or rug, stains in the run, etc.)
No form of porn, absolutely nude, sexual activity or any form of the such allowed on the property. Home is surveillance in common areas, if any form of this activity is discovered you will be charged double your rental and reported to peerspace. If you are unsure that your activity fits into any of these categories ASK!
- Lastly please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect my property and things)

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
