All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
There are many spaces in our home that would work well for photo shoots. In addition to the light filled bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen, we have a spacious backyard, as well as a converted garage. There are a lot of options in the home for a variety of photographs. The home has a vintage vibe with modern touches.

We have a long driveway that could fit up to 4 cars. Street parking is available, and there are no meters.

Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
