About the Space

This upscale, elegant but intimate space has a capacity of up to 30 and would be perfect for parties, receptions, corporate happy hours, artist shows, small intimate concerts, and filming. The space was completely renovated and redesigned by a Heritage Design school graduate who is an up and coming designer.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

We booked 45 North for my fiancé’s surprise birthday party. The atmosphere was perfect, and exactly what our little, intimate group was hoping for! Staff were very kind and helpful, and went the extra mile—even curating the delicious wine selection based on our preferences, and printing my fiancé’s name at the top of the menus. We felt extraordinarily special and taken care of. Couldn’t recommend this beautiful place more!
