Welcome to our newly built, stylish three-story 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom townhome conveniently tucked away in West Oakland! Arguably in Oakland’s most dynamic neighborhood, our townhome is a perfect Bay Area getaway just minutes from downtown Oakland, San Francisco, Emeryville, Jack London Square, and freeways. With Lime scooters conveniently placed within our community, the West Oakland Bart station is approximately a half-mile away and takes only 8 minutes to get into San Francisco.

General Rules
(1) Occupancy Limits-No more than approved guest limit in/on the property at any point in time. The violation of this mutual agreement could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
(2) No smoking in the townhome.
(3) No shoes inside the property. We will provide you with house socks.
(4) Guests will respect all community guidelines listed on the property house manual.

Greetings, We have a cleaning staff that cleans and disinfected following guidelines from the CDC, and all high touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected before arrival.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
