All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Large meeting room with smaller room, online connections, capable of power point, TV & Internet & WiFi. The space can be set up with chairs only class room style to house 40 + and sitting around folding tables will seat 30 +. The furniture can be removed to host a party/catered event whereby the capacity now increases to 50 +.

General Rules

This is an office environment, no smoking on premises, proper clothing and foot wear, outside catering is allowed & any type of food/alcohol permitted, operating hours 8 am - 9 pm, Monday thru Friday with the exception of major holidays. Cleaning and rubbish removal at an additional cost! The entire facility is ADA compliant, including restrooms that are near the conference room. Lobby Concierge to check in all that must provide ID to gain access.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
