Our event center in downtown Ann Arbor is a multifunctional space designed to host a variety of different types of events. Whether it’s a keynote speaker, a corporate offsite, a hackathon, a or a happy hour — we’ve got you covered. Our space is designed to host 100+ guests. It comes furnished and with a fully loaded state of the art A/V system and setup. Amenities included: • 100” projector screen, ready to go with HMDI and AirPlay • Professional grade speakers, subwoofer, wireless mics, and full mixer board • Professional lighting setup • Hardwood Stage • Auditorium style seating chairs • Collapsable training tables • High top tables We aim to keep our pricing simple and flexible to the needs of your event. Unlike many event spaces, there is no minimum spend or vendor restrictions. Pricing notes: • All packages include self-service access to house AV equipment after training • All packages include self-service access to 50 chairs and 4 tables • Use of house lighting equipment requires adding a technician • Events over 50 people require a second attendant • Rates valid between 8am-9pm Interested in hosting an event? Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
