About the Space
Our Past President's Conference Center is a state of the art facility located at our facilities' headquarters in Arlington, VA. It was designed to provide flexible learning environments to help us deliver top-quality programs and to host domestic and international delegations and meetings. The conference center overlooks Long Bridge Park with a beautiful view of the Capitol and Potomac River. The venue is close to Ronald Reagan National Airport. The conference center has flexible alternatives for room sets and and can be set in a hollow rectangle (Board room style) that seats 40, or in classroom style for up to 75. The room can accommodate 100 guests in a theater-style setting. We also have a smaller conference room that seats 10 for smaller meeting needs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was beautiful, conveniently located close to the airport, and easy to find & access. The space has state of the art tech and audio/visual equipment. And, Meghan was absolutely wonderful!! Prior to hosting my event, she answered all of the questions I had and willingly accommodated my requests to alter the set-up several times. On the day of the event, she went above and beyond to make sure the room was perfect for my guests and that she explained how to use all of the equipment. She met me in the garage to assist me with a cart to help me transport my conference materials to the room. I was so pleased with the entire experience!!!

What an amazing space and amazing views! The host was extremely helpful and the IT was available throughout the entire meeting! We will certainly use that space again for our team business meetings!!

Wonderful room with plenty of space to set up food and drinks. A/V works well in this very long room but we would consider a different table arrangement for 35+ people as it can be difficult to hear from one end to the other. Host was fantastic and made sure we were comfortable the entire day. Site is very convenient to multiple hotels and restaurants/bars as well.
