The Great Hall is an imposing red lodge nestled amongst the Santa Monica mountains and hundred year old pines. The interior is an opulent and palatial sanctum, boasting an expansive and decadent open space filled with oriental rugs, plush vintage furniture, multiple seating areas, and a 50-person dining table. Centuries-old artifacts and paintings adorn the walls, and bespoke accents fill every corner. The Great Hall is surrounded by large succulent plants and an outdoor meadow planted in a former Riding Ring. With vaulted ceilings, two fireplaces, natural light, and two freshly renovated bathrooms, this timeless space is perfect for your most luxurious daytime or nighttime shoots. TO NOTE: The Great Hall is on a shared property with our neighbors. We politely ask you to not drive or walk outside The Great Hall zone as to not disturb our neighbors. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Wifi? Yes Mobile/cellular network reception? Limited Service. Ground floor or elevator/stair access? Street level only Number of Outlets/Where? 12 outlets Number of Bathrooms? 2 inside Spaces Accessible? Inside only. Amplified Sounds Allowed? We do not allowed amplified sounds without a required onsite A/V person that we help organize. This space is not available for large dance parties but background ambient sounds and music for ambiance is okay. Onsite Manager? You must hire our onsite manager to be there for your entire event. The Onsite Manager is $250 per 8 hrs. Security? You must hire our security staff for your event, and numbers of personnel will depend on your head count. They will be there to make sure that no one is wandering the property and to control the entry of the gate. Security starts at $25/hr. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
