All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This one-of-a-kind oasis is a 100+ acre, hot springs lodging and event center, located 15 minutes north of the Palm Springs Airport. It's a magical place for afternoon business presentations that are truly unforgettable. We have numerous areas, both inside and out, that are great for everything from a large team meeting, to sessions where colleagues split off into different groups. This space is perfect for: • Film Shoots • Commercial shoots • Photo Shoots • TV Series Shoots • Documentary Shoots This property boasts 3 houses, one being the Grand House which features stunning art gardens and fountains. The property also has 2 guest houses, both 2 bedroom/2 full bath, each with their own set of immaculate views. The property also includes and old west event center, which can be used to host events of all shapes and sizes. For those hot desert days, we even has a swimming hole for guests to cool off!

Parking description

Numerous areas throughout the property for ample parking, with room for vehicles of any size, including RV's/motorhomes. Must make arrangements in advance if there will be 25+ vehicles on-site, and/or large vehicles for filming, motorhomes, etc. We are happy to accommodate almost any need, we just need some notice, thanks!

General Rules

Given the size and versatility of this property, rules and information will vary based on the needs of the guest(s). Here are some basics: -Combustio/tobacco smoking outside only -Zero tolerance littering policy -Guests must remain on walking/vehicle paths at all times, as we are surrounded by beautiful, yet fragile plant and wildlife. -No open flames, specifically firepits, for the safety of guests, staff, and wildlife. -We provide a wonderful venue, but all other services are done through third party vendors. We are happy to assist in making recommendations...
