Our new suite is designed for photo shoots. Great for fashion look books! It is a perfect size with a white wall for e-comm shots, lots of big windows that bring in the natural light, skyline view of DTLA, and then on the other side, we have a stylized set with vintage 70's vibes. We have brought in just the perfect elements to give you the retro vibe you want for your shoot: Yellow velvet couch, red chairs, a shaggy rug, stackable green and yellow stools, and lots of beautiful greenery. We just added our Xmas set up!! Now ready for Xmas shoots with our vintage inspired Xmas Tree loaded with faux presents to use for props. -We have a huge work table off to the side that can be used for production team. It has plenty of space for hair and make up set ups. -We have several empty rolling clothing racks. You can utilize these for your wardrobe needs. -We have a foldable screen set up for a private dressing area. -We have 1 Audio Video cart with 2 extra heavy duty extension cords. -We have 1 Neewer 300W Studio Strobe Light with 6.5 ft Stand, Softbox, Wireless Trigger, and Umbrella -We have 2 small "fill" lights: Dimmable LED Panel Lights and Stands with Remote Control -We also have a reflector available for studio use as well. If you have any other specific questions, please feel free to message us. *Please note: This is a multi-use space. We also have our office in the front and a work area for us in the back. None of those areas affect the photoshoot studio at all. There will be 1 person on-site in the office. If you have questions regarding this matter, please contact us directly. **NOTE: Your time booked includes your loading and packing, so make sure to book your time accordingly. For example, booking from 12-4 means entering premises at 12 and leaving premises by 4pm. Additional time requires approval by host and then additional charges will be applied. The space is cute, but we were told there would be good lighting the time we booked and there was barely any light passing through the windows. The Sun was facing another direction and Jen’s space was shadowed by other buildings. It’s a bummer, because we couldn’t take the natural lighting pics we were hoping for.

Jen was quick at responding. The spot was nice, and there were even lights to use (although i didn't need them). Spent about 2 hours doing a photoshoot there was 3 looks.

great space, access from the street is tough and the elevator is small so if you have larger equipment be sure to make arrangements with the host ahead of time.
