About the Space

This is a 5,000 sqft warehouse studio located in the Warehouse District in Downtown Houston. The venue includes a private entrance, an infinity wall, a kitchen and private bathrooms for use. Our venue is perfect for private parties, wedding receptions, mixers, art shows, fashion shows and pop-ups.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I really enjoyed my time at this space . This was actually my first time booking a studio space for a YouTube video ; by having the lightning and different equipment it was a success 10/10 . I do recommend. Thank you guys

Excellent space with plenty of usefulness. The host was very polite and helpful and my photoshoot went as smooth as possible. I will definitely be booking here again.
