All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles and there is ample street parking.
General Rules
Inside/Outside Catering is allowed.
No smoking.
No loud music after 10pm (Weekdays/Sun), Midnight (Fri/Sat).
Alcohol can be consumed at anytime (21+)

Housekeeping
- All guests are asked to clean up after themselves within common areas, discarding all trash, rinsing and placing dishes into the dishwasher and wiping down all surfaces after use.
Fire Pits
- You must have someone present the entire time any of the fireplace or fire pits are in use to monitor them. There are no exceptions.
Private Rooms
- Whilst most rooms are available in the booking we ask that guests respect privacy and stay out of private areas of the home such as the master bedroom, home offices, and any other areas marked ‘private.’

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
