FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us using the "Message Host" button on the listing page to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: * Total number of cast & crew * Desired date(s) * Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down * Equipment & lighting specs * No Pets * No Smoking * No glitter, confetti, flour, chalk etc * Leave space as you found it. * No Porn * No bringing in outside furniture * No water activities * No Alcohol --especially RED WINE (our floors are porous and will absorb colored liquids) * No filming or keeping equipment outside of the studio space in the common areas such as the hallways, bathroom, stairwell etc. NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. NEST CAM RECORDING: by agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our 24 surveillance camera will be recording during your whole booking time. Client/Renter must never leave the studio unlocked and/or unattended. Door must be shut firmly and locked. Client/Renter is responsible for all equipment, facilities, amenities, and the studio itself during their stay. Any loss, damage, or theft of any of the aforementioned properties is the sole responsibility of the Client/Renter, and they will be charged for the amount of replacement/repair immediately. This does not include the natural failure of equipment such as bulbs, batteries, etc., which is our responsibility. Client/Renter is responsible for closure and security of the studio at the end of their session if unaccompanied by a studio representative from the space. Client/Renter must clean up everything, and turn off all the lights when they leave. If furniture has been moved, must be put back in place before end of booking. Renter must leave studio as they found it. Your booking time includes setup and breakdown and cleaning, so make sure you're out by the time you've booked out for. No use of the hallway for storage/setup or photography permitted. No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. No Smoking in the studio. Projects involved with smoke have to get studio representatives consent. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative. Clients/Renters give the studio the right to film and store security footage. The studio has limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from session or shoot, for the intention of promotional content, when granted in booking form by client, or later in writing.
