Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our building is cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis to ensure the safety of the residents and guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

A three level condo with stunning exposed brick, original hardwood floors, stone walls and polished concrete. This unit receives lots of natural light on the top two floors. This unit has a ground level bathroom and a third level loft that functions as a living room space with 20ft ceilings. Unit has two access points: direct access to sidewalk and street as well as a hallway access to the main building. It's located in one of the few areas in Atlanta that is still authentic Atlanta.

Parking description

There is one parking space in the gated lot, but the plenty of free parking on the surrounding blocks. There is a code to access the gate that will be provided at booking.

General Rules

No loud music after 10pm No smoking No pets allowed Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided There is one parking space in the lot. #17. All others MUST park on the street.
