Beautiful lighting in and nice modern furniture in the space. Definitely hot in the 90+ heat but that’s a Seattle summer in a loft! Kyle was very communicative and quick to respond.

The space was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for various events. I threw an intimate get together for my boyfriends birthday and it was wonderful! The space was with equipped with everything you need and more. It was a little hot with no AC, but overall a good space. After getting a hold of Kyle, he really made it a seamless transaction and interaction the rest of the way.. Thank you Kyle for this wonderful space!

Very happy with the space look and lighting. The space is accurately represented in photos. The natural light in the space is phenomenal. I do want to do more rentals in this location and I will offer it to future clients as a location option. I would say my only notes for myself when future bookings is to make sure nothing is scheduled on game or event days for the stadium, not something I personally want to deal with. I did have to pay for parking which isn't my favorite but manageable. And I had no idea how to use the freight elevator so taking the stairs with all my photoshoot gear was exhausting, but also still manageable for my own body. And no AC so I also wouldn't schedule for hot summer days. Those are my personal notes for when I won't schedule future events. But overall I'm so happy with the space and all the photoshoot variety looks I was able to get in this one location. I like having a "home" look for my personal branding photoshoots. The host was also very responsive to all my various questions, which I completely appreciated! This was my first ever peer space rental and I'm glad to say it was a very positive experience.

Loved the space! Held a birthday party here for ~20 guests. The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. A lot of room for everyone to mingle. I highly recommend this for anyone!

This space is gorgeous! I booked it for a branding session with one of my clients and it was perfect. It's a large space with beautiful natural light and room for many photo options with an aesthetically pleasing look. The only thing I was a little saddened by was that it was really hot in there, even with the AC on. I would 100% book this space again though.
Daniel V. booked a work retreat for 5 people
Great location! No elevator on a 4th floor is tough and if there is a game going on then you will need to look for parking far away or hiked up in prices, but no complaints on the space itself or the host!
Jason L. booked a photo shoot for 25 people
Very nice space. When it's hot the lack of air conditioning is definitely a problem as the space gets very hot even with the windows open. Loved the use of the freight elevator but it didn't work at the end of the event before our booking time was completed which made it difficult to take our gear back down 4 stories of stairs. Host was nice.
