Monique L. booked an event for 20 people
This space is spacious and beautiful. Love the industrial, modern and trendy design elements. Parking was super easy, love that there was free spaces right in front of the entrance to the building. The freight elevator was a life-saver when transporting what was needed for the event. This space has everything needed for what was a successful and fun grad party! Thank you Kyle for being such an incredible host! Will be booking your space again in the future! 🥳
Amanda P. booked a graduation party for 20 people
It was a very cute and spacious venue. The decorations were aesthetic and the vibes were good. It was a great place to host a graduation party, Kyle was very communicative and made renting the place very easy. The venue did not have a elevator from what we could see so it was not accessible friendly and the freight elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry everything individually. There was also a bunch of random junk in the drawers, no garbage bags or paper towels were provided. Overall, a great space and I’d book again.
Stephanie E. booked a baby shower for 20 people
Good venue , hosted a baby shower gender reveal and we used the photo area for the theme and the kitchen to prep everything. Big windows , open for ventilation, great lighting, high ceilings . Worked well for our needs , bathroom was well stocked and Everything was as expected because I had done research in advance about the parking situation: definitely check if there's a stadium sports game beforehand if not the traffic will be too busy in evening. Freight elevator was working and saved us a lot of trips upstairs. Would recommend and use again.
