Excellent venue, seamless booking, great host. Thank you!
Zayla A. booked a work retreat for 14 people
Very cute space. It did not offer coffee and tea like the listing said and the elevator was not user friendly. Overall it was an open space with good lighting and great customer service.

Great space with lots of different options for a lifestyle photoshoot. Excellent natural light.
Marcus U. booked an event for 20 people
This was excellent location and very clean. Instructions for getting in were very straight forward. I was concerned about space because the ad says it can only hold 20 people, but you this space is capable of way more. Over all great place for medium size get together. I was really diggin' the building, the elevator is ancient! hahaha Would definitely book again!
Kate B. booked a baby shower for 20 people
First and foremost, we called for entry at 2pm and the call went to voicemail. We called 3 more times, with no answer and no admittance. Finally, a gentleman walked out of the building and we were able to walk in. Half-hour set-up time now turned into 20 minutes. "Someone" told the Shower Hostess that we could use the Freight Elevator, but not HOW. That made it very tough for the pregnant mama, the elderly parents, gramma, guests with food and gifts to hoof it up the 4 flights to the venue. 20-minute set-up time now turned into about 10 . . . When we finally reached the studio, there were remnants of a previous party. Confetti, pearl balls and tiny, plastic rings were on the floors. The grossest of all was a broken-off fake fingernail under the main conference table. Sorry, but none of us were touching that! The floors were all dingy and needed a good sweeping and mopping and the little rug in the conversation area need to be vacuumed. There was coffee spilled down the front of the dishwasher (we didn't have any coffee - only soda) and we scrubbed that off. After we finally decorated and started the shower, the place was very nice for the party. Plenty of room, lots of seating and except for being really hot, it is a very nice spot for a get-together. We weren't sure if we were allowed to open windows. IMHO, the whole place needs a thorough cleaning. The sign said "please leave space as you found it" and we did. Sorry to not clean-up someone else's mess.

This space was incredible! I loved the different feel you got from the couch area to the kitchen. It was perfect for our shoot. Kyle was also very detailed with check in, so that was nice.
