All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our office is an old house in the heart of rustic old-town homes. We are located about 5 minutes from HEB, UT campus, and many other amenities. We are looking to rent out our front conference room with a large table and benches. Our location is perfect for group projects, team meetings, or even to just get work done alone. Our kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator and microwave, along with two bathrooms.

General Rules

- No smoking - No drinking - No pets of any kind allowed - Outside catering is allowed - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. - Only consume food that you bring in. - Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lockbox and key code provided

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
