About the Space
This Loft in Greenpoint is well on its way to becoming a versatile Swiss Army knife of creative uses. Photo studio, film/video studio, dance studio, music rehearsal studio, art studio, yoga studio, event space for music performance, comedy, showcases, etc.* Additionally, our full recording studio across the hall with both analog and digital audio services is available (at additional cost). So shoot in this space and come across the hall for VO, ADR, mixing, etc. Rehearse here and get your songs tight before recording. Produce a live stream or podcast with full control room capability. And more! This space is an oasis for all of the performing and visual arts, as well as whatever events you have in mind. We look forward to seeing you! *NOTE: We do not host parties, or events that are parties disguised as events. Underage alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited as well as any other illegal activities, and will result in immediate cancellation of event.

Despite the attempts of making it right, the space simply wasn't clean at all, especially for the higher height of the pandemic. We spent hours cleaning – the bathroom, refrigerator, and general dust and state of the furniture was horrible. It was as if no one cleaned it in years.
