All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Huge beautiful space with tons of natural light (five large windows). The space also has a cyc wall room that is enclosed. There is a makeup and dressing room with vanity and clothing racks. This space has everything you need for your production.

There is an enclosed cyc wall room which has blackout capabilities. The outer rooms have lots of natural light.

You can hear the noise from the street below. When recording, I use sound blankets to lessen the echo.

Equipment loading description
There is a loading zone and the entrance doesn't require a ramp. Use of the loading zone is based on Los Angeles County Rules.
Staging area is available
Makeup/Dressing room at the back of the studio.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The main areas and hallways. Limit your shoot to inside the studio.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
