Authentic Mexican style compound in South Palm Desert on an expansive corner lot built up to provide privacy behind gorgeous adobe style walls with peek-a-boo style wooden turrets. This house has massive charm with a mellow desert vibe that relaxes the mind and feeds the spirit for anyone lucky enough to experience it. This indoor/outdoor space is great for: • Movie Location/Set • Film Shoot • Commercial shoot • Photo Shoot • TV Series Shoot • Documentary Shoot Lounge in an oversized pool and soak in the views of the local mountain range and adjacent hiking trails just outside the gates of this one of a kind home. Take a short walk to famous El Paseo St., considered the “Rodeo Drive” of the desert, for shopping at the likes of all the famous designers or to enjoy some of the best restaurants in the Coachella Valley.

Lots of windows all around the house, many floor to ceiling. Cathedral ceilings throughout. Late afternoon is the brightest time of day. Sun goes behind mountain about two hours before sunset. Black out curtains in all but living room.

Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. House is quite, AC and pool equipment in carport away from the house.

General Rules

No smoking inside the house, unless okayed prior to booking. No pets unless okayed prior to booking, No loud music after 10pm. Booking duration must include setup and tear down time; please see add ons/inquire for details about staffing. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors depending on event.

The space is cleaned and disinfected regularly, including high touch surfaces and shared amenities. Bookings will always be spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning and disinfecting. High ceilings with fans and good ventilation in every room.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
