Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All areas including floors, door handles, desks, etc. are fully sanitized using disinfectant products. We also do hourly Lysol sprays around the entire space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer

Lighting description
(2) 18ft high windows allow for natural light to flood into the space. Additional light can be let in by raising the loading door. We require 48 hr notice if you would like the room to be blacked out. Mid day time frame allows for ample natural lighting.

We are located in a more remote area of downtown LA. Most street traffic is blocked by front gate.

CITY, STATE, AND COUNTY LAWS:
Renter agrees to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. Renter shall not sell alcohol on premises at any time. Renter may not serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time. Renter agrees, for everyone’s safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. We reserve the right, in our exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of our staff, guests, or building contents.
_________________________RENTAL RULES___________________________
-All load-in/setup time and cleanup time must be included in the paid booking time.
-Cleaning fees applies to all event rentals. If the space is excessively dirty and not left in a similar condition to when it was given to you, then additional cleaning/damage fees may apply.
-A mandatory insurance certificate is required for all rentals. You can obtain this easily at Eventhelper.com.
-50% Deposit is required to secure your booking date
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Insurance required for large productions (cast/crew over 40 persons)
Furniture and decorations may be moved
All Furniture and art work can be removed from the space on lower level. Upper level furniture can be shifted however must remain on the 2nd floor.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
