Layout of space is large, open rectangle. Front of space is wall of windows, allowing bright, diffused light all day. Space has large, bright restroom, as well as large, double-mount sink as part of the main space. Space included 4 large tables that can be arranged to suit your needs, as well as 4 benches and 8 chairs. There are 2 low storage units that double as seating. Space has dimmable canister lighting and original terrazzo tile floors. There is no refrigerator, stove, oven, or microwave.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I had a small get together for my sons 3rd birthday! It was perfect she even had small tables and chairs for the little ones and little sensory toys they were able to play with until the superhero trailer arrived! The place was clean the host was super sweet and helpful! Would definitely book again! :)

Jennifer was soooo sweet and understanding. Her space was beautiful and clean to the T ! I appreciate the fact that she allowed me to celebrate my baby shower there. It was a wonderful time and my peers had such a great time. I made sure the space was cleaned up and placed back the way she had it when I arrived. Jen, thank you so much for everything.
