About the Space

Available for booking 24/7. Conveniently located in Charlotte between exits 6 (Clanton Road) and 7 (Woodlawn Rd/Billy Graham Pkwy) off of Interstate 77. We offer a full service nearly 2,000 sq. foot studio for the beginner to experts that was created by a group of veteran photographers. Unlike most photography studio rentals in Charlotte, we do include equipment in the cost of our photography studio rental price. Should you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us. 20 foot high ceiling 30 x 40 foot shooting area with cyc wall or 9′ paper backgrounds Garage door access to allow vehicles Bathroom Dressing/Makeup area High speed Wi-Fi Stereo System Includes lights and backgrounds (no remotes included) Rental background colors may include white, red, blue, black, yellow, purple, orange, green and gray and subject to additional fees.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Studio was just as described, Chris did a great job with communicating. The session before ours ran a little over but Chris made sure to give us our full time. He answered our questions, props were just what we needed for our shoot. Would recommend this studio.
