- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
We are a creative photo studio located in Costa Mesa CA. Available for photoshoots, creative gatherings, and video production. Our 2250 square foot space includes a 20ft x 20ft infinity cove, wifi, and 1345 square feet of open studio space. We also create beautiful hand crafted furniture and the showroom is available to use upon request.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Sean the host was very responsive and helpful. The space was visually exactly what we were looking for for our video shoot. Regarding audio, I would avoid using this space if you are needing to record any audio as the surrounding units are very loud.

Good space, just as pictured! We were filming a video so and didn’t realize it was at a mechanic so we had trouble with noise and there was no AC, but other than that had a good experience!
