Our spacious conference room is perfect for any small meeting or brainstorming session. A round table and 6 comfy chairs make this space ideal for any presentation, interview, or general meeting. The space features: Round conference room table with 6 chairs Large HD TV with HDMI capabilities WiFi Fully private space We recommend that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Please refrain from congregating in the lobby area. This space is connected to our leasing office and can get noisy as there is quite an echo. Some parking is available outside of the clubhouse but it is limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride sharing services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change.
