About the Space
2350 sq ft renovated warehouse space drenched in natural light! 1800 sq ft available for rent. Ideal for photography and video. Very, very quiet, especially on the weekends! (I’m sitting here writing this and it’s nearly silent!) Includes two 9’ x 12’ enclosed spaces that can be used as an office, separate sound room or changing room. There is a freight elevator. Plenty of parking. There is also renovated men’s and women’s bathroom. We run a small staging business from here so there is plenty of furniture available (may be a small charge depending). Plenty of electric available, soon putting in small kitchenette!

I'll start my review by stating that Paul has outstanding communication and is extremely down-to-earth. He went above and beyond for me in ensuring that the space was exactly what I needed for my project considering I was to book it for eight hours. Paul also offers rental of various assortments of furniture in the event that you need any for your project, much of which is mid century modern. One rather valuable piece of information is that there are several electrical outlets located throughout the space. If you are in need of a warehouse space to book and you want a hassle-free experience, book this one.

Travel from Orlando to NJ to shoot a music video, and I cannot be happier with Paul's location! It looked way better than I what I had expected, if you're looking for a minimalistic and yet artistic setting in NJ this is the spot for you.
