All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in the heart of Hackensack, our clubhouse offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 75 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating includes bar stools and lounge seating - 5 Flat screen TV w/ cable - Kitchenette equipped with mini refrigerator and microwave - Arcade Game - Shuffleboard Table - Wifi - Data Ports FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite, but all catering services can be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. There is limited visitor parking available at the community. Additional parking available in Home Depot parking lot next door.
General Rules
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted.
NO SMOKING
Our spaces are all smoke-free.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No banners, marketing messages or signage may be posted.

Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite, but all catering services can be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.
