Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space available for use includes the living area, kitchen, and a bathroom. Free unlimited on street parking is available except on the 2nd and 4th Monday between 9am and 12 noon. Near Fruitvale BART, Park Street and Fruitvale Ave bridges to Alameda, and Interstate 880. Wifi available

General Rules

-Please leave the space in the same condition as it was on arrival -Please coordinate prior to moving any large pieces of furniture -No smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the complex -No filming or photography of the apartment complex common areas -No nails or screws in any walls -No Glitter -No weapons. If they are props, please contact us -Alcohol is allowed , but please be responsible and safe -Certificate of insurance is required for all bookings
