About the Space

Come use our creative and social event space in Winthrop! Very close to Logan Airport and near 7 miles of New England coastline. Transport to and from the Seaport District in Boston by Ferry. This is a great space for Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Fundraisers, Networking Events etc. In the space, there are wireless Sonos Speakers, color b/w printing, printer scanner copier and we can provide a projector if needed. Fridge/Microwave + Coffee/Tea! Open Cafe style in the front, bar/countertops, sit/stand desks available. Typical for greeting people, setting up food. Lounge in the back has couches, fireplace, very comfortable to hang out! Inquire today.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

The space was great! We set up a Photo Booth in one of the side rooms which guests loved. It was spacious enough for 40 people for my birthday party. Michael was a gracious host!

The place is amazing, it has a beautiful style, we celebrated our wedding with 20 invites and it was the perfect size, we used the main salon, the kitchen and fireplace are very spacious but cozy at the same time and the backyard as well. It is located close to a flower shop and a liquor store which we used and made our experience way easier. Michael was extremely kind, helpful and hands on. The communication with the host was incredible, he did answer to all our messages an even checked on us the days prior to offer his help with any last min details. We recommend his place 100%

My fiancé and I rented the space for our engagement party and it was perfect! Everyone enjoyed the space and commented on it. Michael was super helpful and attentive. It had plenty of space for the 30-ish people we had. Would highly recommend the space for an event.

Let me begin by letting everyone know how wonderful and amazing this space was for my engagement party. My fiance was blown away as well as all of my guests. Michael and Josephine were super friendly and accomodating to all of our needs. The space itself is beautiful. The high ceilings and open space really make the atmosphere feel free.
