The open nature of the space allows it to suit many different event needs, including performances, concerts, birthdays, baby showers, product launch events, business meetings, exhibitions, lectures, and much more. 70+ Chairs and 20+ tables can be provided at no cost. The venue is conveniently located near the G train (Greenpoint Ave, 5 min) and L train (Bedford Ave, 20 min). Street parking is available. Note: The venue is on the second floor of a walk-up building (no elevator) with its own private entrance.

I held a small celebration/family gathering. Yumi was fast with responses, and accommodated all of my needs. This venue is absolutely spacious and beautifully lit with natural light. I will definitely look forward to booking again in the future, as many of my guests would agree. P.S: Parking was adequate.

Wonderful space! Very open big space with great speaker system- good for dancing- and a nice kitchen and bathroom. If you need snacks/utensils/cups make sure to take your own since it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest bodega. Host was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

This space was great! I hosted a 50-person birthday party here and all the amenities were as described. The Bluetooth speaker was great. Initially had a little bit of trouble getting in but the host was very responsive and everything went smoothly once we were able to open the door!
