About the Space
The open nature of the space allows it to suit many different event needs, including performances, concerts, birthdays, baby showers, product launch events, business meetings, exhibitions, lectures, and much more. 70+ Chairs and 20+ tables can be provided at no cost. The venue is conveniently located near the G train (Greenpoint Ave, 5 min) and L train (Bedford Ave, 20 min). Street parking is available. Load-in/out Policy: The space is ONLY available for the contracted rental times. Time for load-in, load-out, cleaning and any other access to the space must be included in the contract. Note: The venue is on the second floor of a walk-up building (no elevator) with its own private entrance.

This was our second time booking the space for our company party, and it was just as amazing as the first time around. The process was seamless. Mel responded quickly to our request and to any other questions we had. The check in process was super easy, and the space was just as described and clean. There were plenty of tables and chairs, and the sound system was an added bonus for sure! There was street parking right out front, across the street, around the corner, everywhere! Easily accessible by car or public transportation! We would definitely recommend booking Mel's event space! Great Host! Great Space! "

I hosted my rehearsal dinner here & loved it! It's spacious, clean & has lots of amenities like tables, chairs, kitchenette, bluetooth speaker. The only kicker for us was the long staircase walkup; but we knew about it beforehand and the space was well worth it. Mel was also very helpful throughout the process and provided easy-to-follow instructions.
