All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
A breathtaking 25 acre ranch built into the banks of the Pedernales River between Austin and Fredericksburg, TX, KRR offers diverse and easily accessible landscapes, a quarter-mile stretch of the iconic river, endless rocky riverbanks, gently sloping horse pastures (with horses, miniature donkeys, sheep), and a storybook fishing pond with dock. The cottage overlooks the Pedernales River and is perfect for: - Events - Gatherings - Cocktail Hours - Happy Hours - Dinners - Parties - Other celebrations! There is ample parking onsite. The ranch is located by the Lyndon B. Johnson Ranch with countless world-class wineries and attractions nearby.

Outside catering is allowed, smoking in designated areas only, security is required when alcohol is served, shots are not allowed, horse pasture and pond pasture access is allowed only when accompanied by a member of our staff, feeding of animals is prohibited unless approved by venue, event décor rentals are separate from venue fees, no alterations or damage to physical property is prohibited

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
