Highly finished complete photography studio. 19 foot 2-sided cyclorama wall, full kitchen, dressing room, optional editing room, restroom, clothing steamer bluetooth speaker for music, Free Wi-Fi. Optional lighting and grip packages available for photo and video at additional cost. Photo and video equipment available at additional cost. Convenient to 78 freeway, shops and restaurants walking distance. We now have a blackout curtain instead of the blinds pictured. *Space rentals include use of our space only and do NOT include photo or video/audio services or equipment of any kind*

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

I was photographing a local musician and I needed a space that would allow us to shoot multiple looks in a comfortable environment. Rob's studio was perfect! He was prompt to answer any questions I had days before the shoot, gave me a complete list of the equipment available to me, and the studio was clean when I arrived. I felt confident bringing my clients here and they loved the space too! During the shoot, Rob was easily accessible if I had any questions and gave us our space during the shoot.
