All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Beautiful, modern designed SMART home. Open floor plan, tall ceilings, a large gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious living room featuring a 75-inch flat screen, Apple TV and sound system. LOTS OF NATURAL LIGHT (blackout curtains if needed). Both bedrooms include full baths, & spacious closets. Amenities include NEST controlled central heating, a laundry room and a large deck. Located in Downtown Oakland & near public transportation. A Drive over the Bay Bridge into San Francisco. 30 minute drive to Napa. Near amazing beaches. See you soon!!

Yes, I would book again.

This was my first time booking on Peerspace, and I am very satisfied with my experience. I was a little confused on how to enter the (very secured) building, but I called Terron and he politely talked me through the process. The space was beautiful and modern; my guests loved it. I'd love to book again
