All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This lounge is a cool, funky space. We are Worcester's first (and as of this writing, only) winery and our space is perfect for birthday parties, smaller corporate meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, or the like. We have great views of the city. We've had a number of people come in and remark that they thought they were walking into Google. Our space is industrial in feel, and modern but casual. We have a monitor and/or retractable screen that can be used for presentations of films. Our seating arrangement can be moved to whatever configuration suits your needs.

Massive parking lot that belongs to the building. 150 spaces at least. There are also striped on-street parking spots. Parking is abundant here.
General Rules
No smoking in the building. No outside alcohol brought in. We are totally thrilled to have you book your event and invite minors, just please understand that we will not be able to serve them alcohol, nor allow them to be served.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
