It is an L-shaped venue with high 9ft ceilings that comfortably fit photography sessions, small private parties, three-piece bands, and other celebrations. It features one large bathroom with a non-slam, child/adult toilet seat, a shower, large window sills, and a spacious sink vanity. There is an outdoor sitting bench with a propane-powered space heater and an ashtray for smoking. The space was previously a recording studio, so it has thick, soundproof walls that efficiently muffles loud noise such as music or conversation. Metal coat rack is available. The downstairs space features a small drinking bar, a dart board, lounge chairs, a 55" flat screen television, a collaborative office space, a utility sink, a miniature fridge, and a microwave. It includes no kitchen appliances such as an oven, a stove top or a dishwasher.
