All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space Cool and Vibrant 900 sq ft Lakeview storefront, curated with vintage, upcycled and handcrafted decor, local art and photography on the walls, furnishings and curiosities, all with a nostalgic vibe. Plenty of cool conversation pieces as well as roomy bathroom and prep station. Our open floor, tall ceilings, exposed ductwork, cool upcycled bars offer great energy throughout the space. If you are looking for a unique, interesting place, with a built in experience, look no further. We have hosted pop up dining experiences, yoga classes, wine tastings and much more. General Rules
Food, beverage and alchol are the responsibility of the event host. We have limited glassware and willing to include it in the price of the space rental.
No decorations may be attached to any part of the space. Decor that is easily moveable is allowed.
Insurance is the sole responsibliity of the event host and shall include the space as a beneficary.
Set up is allowed 2 hours prior to event time.
Any items damaged during the event will be the added yo the bill and the host will pay for those items (you break it, it is yours).
If guest would like to make purchases during the event, we can hold it until the close of the event.
Event host is responsible for hiring servers or any other help that is needed
Music may be provided by either the event hast or the space host.
Photographer and DJ available upon request
No loud music after 11pm

No pets allowed
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
