All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This 1920's Spanish home is an inspiring, creative blend between an artist's sanctuary, a Mediterranean villa, and a princess castle. Enter the front garden underneath a trellis of blooming flowers into a lush private garden, with outdoor seating under a canopy of large trees. Walk up a spiral staircase into a treehouse-like home, with 1425 sq feet of hardwood floors, high, arched ceilings, French windows surrounded by verdant trees, a huge stone fireplace, a white vintage upright piano, tons of light and beautiful, creative, inspiring, timeless vibes.

General Rules
No Shoes inside house (unless model or actor needs to wear shoes in the scene). Crew & others - shoes in the front foyer.
No Smoking
No Alcohol after 9pm
No loud music
If you move the furniture, please move it back without scratching the floors.
Outside catering is allowed
If you use dishes in the kitchen -- Please wash them.
Please leave things as clean as you found them.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
