Multi-level unit with private entrance, designed with comfort and style in mind, this designer Chicago Coach House is perfect for Artists, Musicians, Professionals and Families. This space is newly renovated to suit an artist loft, and includes full kitchen, dining room, king size bed, 1 and half baths, in-unit washer + dryer, living room - equipped with 9ft projector perfect for movie night, screenings, or even play video games and if that wasn’t enough, there's also a music/ hang room upstairs where guests can jam on the guitar, play the keyboard, do some yoga, read or meditate. We’ve gone the extra mile to ensure guests are comfortable and happy with their accommodations.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

This space was lovely, and it looked as pictured. The host was very friendly and extremely accommodating. They even grabbed me a cold brew coffee from the shop across the way. Highly recommend this space for any life style shoot. Thanks to the host for making the reservation work last-minute!
