Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Really loved this space, has a really awesome aesthetic that worked really well for the project we were doing. Tanisha and Mustafa who were the hosts were both super responsive and helpful with every question and concern. They were always just a quick call away. Getting into the building and leaving were both also pretty straightforward and easy as well. The space was clean and much larger than I originally thought it was from the pictures. I'm definitely keeping this spot in mind for any future shoots. If I had to give like a few critiques or notes for any future renters there would only be a few. If you plan on recording audio, I'd say the building is a bit too loud for that. The parking situation was great to have some spots inside but that was slightly confusing in terms of which spots were designated for us, so maybe clear that up with them before you go. And I was sad to hear that the rooftop might not be available anymore to shoot on, looks like the view is super amazing, even from the staircase it was beautiful.

Great location! So many interesting angles and textures in the space. Very well managed. Noise was an issue for us so not ideal for recording sound.

Tanisha was wonderful solidifying all the booking details and worked with us to schedule a short scout ahead of shoot. She was helpful with any questions I had ahead of time and gave us Mustafa's info for day of contact should anything else come up. The space is just as pictured and very diverse and spacious. The gated parking lot attached to the building was a huge plus. Overall a great experience!
