Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Very cool spot! Very clean! And Mustafa is absolutely amazing! I bothered him so much cuz it was my first time renting a place on peer space and he was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Really loved this space, has a really awesome aesthetic that worked really well for the project we were doing. Tanisha and Mustafa who were the hosts were both super responsive and helpful with every question and concern. They were always just a quick call away. Getting into the building and leaving were both also pretty straightforward and easy as well. The space was clean and much larger than I originally thought it was from the pictures. I'm definitely keeping this spot in mind for any future shoots. If I had to give like a few critiques or notes for any future renters there would only be a few. If you plan on recording audio, I'd say the building is a bit too loud for that. The parking situation was great to have some spots inside but that was slightly confusing in terms of which spots were designated for us, so maybe clear that up with them before you go. And I was sad to hear that the rooftop might not be available anymore to shoot on, looks like the view is super amazing, even from the staircase it was beautiful.
