Free street parking

Street parking is best during the daytime.

-The front of the space is made up of large windows that can be blocked upon request. -Near the ceiling are small widows that will continue to let light in. We are currently unable to put blackout curtains on them -Natural light is brightest mid-day. -Plenty of electrical outlets

-Only noise you can hear from inside is generated by the Main Street. -Inside has concrete floors and walls, so if sound dampening is required please bring sound walls, blankets, rugs etc.

Ground Floor

-There is a driveway behind the space and items would then be wheeled through side door or front entrance. The front has street parking that is open most of the day. Evening time gets a bit full when people are off work.

The back 1/3 area

-20 Amp breaker -Multiple Electrical outlets located on every wall

- Restroom is located in the back of space. Light switches and fan controls are located on the back right wall. - Keep space as you found it. Lights for photography, backdrops, are available as add-ons. - Smoker friendly. - At least one of us will be two doors down in our office if needed, so that you feel comfortable having the space all to yourself. - Good communication and cooperation are essential for the success of your rental. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests. Likewise, if we feel that our safety is at risk, or that a renter is being uncooperative, then we reserve the right to end rental. - Your rental start time is your arrival time and your end time is your departure time. Setup and breakdown times are included in your rental, with no free overtime given for early arrivals or late departures. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at a 1.5x rate and is not guaranteed, as we may have something else scheduled. - You may not place any signage anywhere outside of our space. - By rental end time, the location should be as it was when you arrived. This includes basic cleaning (picking up trash) and moving items back to their original locations. Additional cleaning fee may be applied if there are spill, marking on the wall, trash etc.

The space is empty, so no need to move anything around. You are allowed to nail or screw into wall just state so before hand. There is a small $40 fee to patch small holes. Rate are subject to change depending on size of holes left in wall.
