Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Process follows the recommended CDC guidelines for home cleaning and disinfecting during COVID-19.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
2 bedroom 2 bath in a 10 unit apartment building constructed in the mid 1950's. Fully furnished, carpeted, close to major freeways, walking distance from grocery stores and coffee houses. The space is cozy, inviting and lived in. Central heating. No A/C.

The apartment has casement windows that crank outwards.
Living Room - receives plenty of natural light. Sheer curtains. No black outs.
Master bedroom - receives medium light levels and has sheer curtains and vertical blinds.
Guest bedroom has 2 windows and receives a lot of natural of light. North facing window is covered with sheer curtains, East facing window has sheers and black out curtains.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
I record in my space all the time and the ambient noise is not noticeable. The most you would have to worry about is traffic, but with the door closed it is not an issue.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
