All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
LOOK NO FURTHER! in the Heart of I-drive, our space is an amazing and flexible functional event space. The 40' 20' stage boasts a state of the art $400k sound and lighting system. The 25 foot ceilings and open platform space without columns is the perfect space for any type of occasion. We have a full kitchen and a full cocktail bar. The space features a beautiful stone patio directly on I-drive with fire tables and two gazebos perfect. We are a fully staffed venue with extensive experience hosting events of all types. The best uses for our space include: - Conferences - Meetings - Speaker Panels - Retreats - Team Building - Other corporate needs!

General Rules
We are a turnkey venue so we do not allow outside food or beverage. We also provide all staff. We will allow guests to bring thier own production team, or you can utilize ours.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
