All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in the heart of Tacoma’s charming and historic original downtown area. Tyle Studio is about 1300 square feet of wide open space with soaring ceilings and giant windows to let a lot of natural light in or close them up for more privacy. Features include: • 2 standing televisions • Sunny patio • Many local lunch/dinner and coffee spots within a few blocks including The Matador, Wooden City, Dominos, McMenamins and more. • Kitchen, though no dishwasher. • Robust internet • Located on the 1st floor with two private entrances • Dog friendly • Some production gear can be rented (i.e. C-stands, lights, seamless backdrops, etc) • We can move furniture around depending on your needs Reach out if you have any questions! We are taking enhanced COVID-19 measures, by bookings our space out to allow for enhanced cleaning with licensed professional cleaners to providing disinfecting wipes, disposable gloves, and disposable masks for guests if needed.

General Rules

Parking is available. Rates may vary depending on the duration of the event and parking lot location.
Cleaning
The User will be responsible for ensuring that the caterer cleans up thoroughly, including removing all trash from the facility. A final clean up after the event is mandatory and must be done by our designated cleaning company.
Terms Applicable to Guests.
You are responsible for and accept all liability for any damage done to the Space or Amenities during your Event by attendees or service providers whether intentional or not, for your failure to comply with applicable Laws, and for any Fines you incur. You agree to return the Space to the Host in substantially the condition as provided to you or as otherwise agreed in any Booking Agreement and consistent with the PeerSpace Community Guidelines, and to promptly notify Hosts of any damage done to the Space or Amenities.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
