Eccentric Loft with Big House Views

The Loft is located directly across from the Big House, and is Ann Arbor's best kept secret. The loft has an eccentric, hip style that I believe is just what you're looking for. It features a large living room space with a high ceiling and exposed brick, large windows with natural sunlight, and overhead dimming lights. On the second floor is a spacious loft, which overlooks the living room space. There is a large dining room which features exposed brick, an expansive oak table and serving station. The dining room also has a direct site line into the front living room. The loft is over 1200 square feet and is reserved specifically for our guests and special events. We've hosted events with about 100 people in the space. There is a lot of extra room for gear and we can store it at the property overnight. We offer the back driveway, that fits 2-3 cars, complimentary with property. The front commercial parking lot is also available upon request and approval. With the exception of game days, the property is in a quiet neighborhood and doesn't receive excessive noise pollution.
