All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Welcome to our studio! Our space is 1,200 Sq ft with a modern loft like experience with exposed stone and a beautiful grass wall that lights up the whole room. There's free street parking, Wifi, and an outside sitting area when the weather is nice. Our space is perfect for a number of things which are listed below: - Baby showers - Conferences - Bridal Showers - Photoshoots - Videography - Creative Space - Screenings - Film Festival - Film Screenings - Workshops - Birthday Parties - Mixers - Networking events - Podcast - Video Production - Music videos - Art show - Classes - Bible Study Our Space is located in Glenside, PA FOR EVENTS: Total of 6 hrs 1 hour setup & 1 hour break down 4 hours for your actually event All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your event for the date you selected. All Deposits are non refundable if you cancel.
