About the Space

Welcome to our space! Our space is 1,200 Sq ft with a modern loft like experience with exposed stone and a beautiful grass wall that lights up the whole room. There's free street parking, Wifi, and an outside sitting area when the weather is nice. Our space is perfect for a number of things which are listed below: - Baby showers - Conferences - Bridal Showers - Photoshoots - Videography - Creative Space - Screenings - Film Festival - Film Screenings - Workshops - Birthday Parties - Mixers - Networking events - Podcast - Video Production - Music videos - Art show - Classes - Bible Study Our Space is located in Glenside, PA Total of 6 hrs 1 hour setup & 1 hour break down 4 hours for your actually event All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your event for the date you selected. All Deposits are non refundable if you cancel.

Space has natural light

Natural light can be blocked out

Lighting description

The studio space have big storefront windows that allows for allot fo natural light to enter the studio. If you wish to use your own lighting, the studio does have blackout curtains for you to block out the natural light giving you a more controlled environment.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The studio is not soundproof, but you can't barley hear any outside noise once the doors are closed. There's no noise from the neighbors, the neighborhood is quiet for the most part. The studio does have central air that can be controlled if noise from the HVAC system turning on becomes an issue. Most of the times it's very quiet.

Equipment loading description

Access and exit is only through the front entrance. Our front entrance does provide two doors that one can be used to enter and the other to exit. The doors are standard size and can load things easily in and out of the studio.

Staging area is available

We have one large bathroom.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Storage room and electrical closet.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The clients does not have access to the circuits. If anything was to happen we have staff on standby that can help. There are 12 outlets in the studio designed for creatives.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

No Smoking in the building or in front of the building. (Smoke Free zone) No alcohol provided - (BYOB Upon Request) No Confetti No crazy String No DJ'S (We have speakers with bluetooth)

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

No moving furniture and decorations

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
