All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This boho dream house has two separate entrances, 2 parking spaces, a firepit and an outdoor entertainment lounge with BBQ and a Projector for movie night fun! This home has all brand new high end furnitures and brand new kitchen appliances 3 mins to Mt. Olympus 6 mins to Sunset Plaza (boutiques, cafes & restaurants) 15 mins to Rodeo Drive 25 mins to Santa Monica / Venice Beach Please note that there is No Smoking allowed on the property. --- We promote sustainable products. Our homes are earth friendly! We use organic and green & eco friendly products :) --- We’re closely monitoring the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following guidance from public health officials and government agencies. The cleanliness of our homes is ALWAYS top priority for us and now more than ever. In addition to our regular cleaning procedures we’ve increased sanitization measures are being added. Our team and staff have the up to date information to stay healthy and know to stay home if they are not feeling well. We respectfully ask in return that if you are not feeling well to PLEASE reschedule or cancel your reservation as to which we will not enforce any cancellation penalties under the current circumstance. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
